Our romantic half-timbered holiday home "Harz im Glück" offers 42 m² of living space and is furnished in a modern country house style.
The spacious, bright and open living room and the sleeping area are located upstairs. The living room impresses especially with the combination of glass and timbered beams on the west gable.
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen with dining area, the usual kitchen utensils, ceramic hob, fridge, sink, microwave with oven function, blender, toaster, coffee maker and kettle and a DAB+ digital radio.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and hair dryer.
In the upper living area there is a 32 "inch TV with integrated Bluray and DVD player as well as an Internet, Bluetooth and DAB+ radio.
During your stay, you have free Wi-Fi access and parking for your car right on the road.

The final cleaning will be charged once with 25 €. 20% must be paid as a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due at least one week before departure.
Bed linen and tea towels are included in the price. Please bring your own bath / shower towels.
Every Tuesday from 7 to 9 o'clock is street cleaning and garbage removal on the street "Unterm Ratskopf". To avoid expensive "parking tickets", park your car the night before on the Schillerstrasse.

The house is located in the second row on a traffic-calmed one-way street. In the neighborhood there are single and multi-family houses. Most of them over 100 years and older and built in half-timbered style.
Buses on lines 201, 204, and 205 (night line) stop at the "Gasthaus Quelle" stop.
The tourist tax includes free transport by public transport in the entire Harzkreis. The Harzerquerbahn and the Brockenbahn can be reached via the train stop "Hochschule".
